LIER, from what i gather , was the forst, or was the creator (?) of the osholon carapace.

LIER was from, and i;ll use a word that's common, but it's not actually the name of the place he came from.. atlantis,, ( but do not confuse with atlantic ocean atlantis.. i can't be sure they are the same, )

LIER was involved with "technologies" in atlantis..not to be confused with our "technologies".

they need to be placed at designated spots along the fault..  not surpringly at many indian mounds that have in apst acted as the hylic shunt that has kept continent intact..

LIER inissits that same mistake not made gnow...  but osholon counters that the japoanese nuclear disaster is leading us into unto a path we can not turn from...
