then HP introduced actual device in 2008

then Knowm start ship memristor chip in Sep 2015, this is wold first commercial memristor chip.

however existing memristor behavior device since 1801 by Sir Humphy Davy : UK

4 basic electric component ,

capacitor 1745 by Ewald George van Kleist : Germany

memristor 1801 by Sir Humphy Davy : UK : but that time people don’t know this is memristor

resistor 1827 by Georg Ohm : Germany

inductor 1831 by Michael Faraday : UK

but memristor chip start ship 2015.
